Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and obsolescence control
• Support retail, wholesale, online, and internal service parts operations
• Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
• Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead, train, and develop Parts Department team members
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

• Previous Automotive Dealership Parts Manager experience required
• Ford Parts Department experience strongly preferred
• Experience with CDK dealership management software preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
