Bentley Chevrolet in Florence, Alabama, is searching for a highly motivated, talented, high-energy Used Car Manager who knows how to lead a team, drive sales, maximize profitability, and build a successful used car operation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in used car management and dealership operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop salespeople.
• Excellent knowledge of appraisals, vehicle acquisitions, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Strong understanding of vAuto, inventory turn, and market-based pricing.
• Ability to maximize front-end and back-end profitability.
• A manager who understands the importance of closing ratios, customer follow-up, and accountability.
• Someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and brings positive energy and a winning attitude every day.
