General Manager/Operator

Al Piemonte Chevrolet is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all dealership operations and drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, service, parts, F&I, and administration
• Set and achieve targets for new/used volume, gross profit, and expenses
• Manage inventory, pricing, and floor plan
• Recruit, train, and retain department managers and staff
• Ensure OEM, legal, and compliance standards are met
• Build a strong reputation in the community

Requirements

• 5+ years of dealership management experience, including GM or Sales Manager
• Proven record of growing profit and managing P&L
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, and VinSolutions
• Valid driver's license

• Base salary of $180,000 plus performance bonus
