Automotive Sales Managers – Seattle CDJR & Seattle Hyundai

Seattle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Seattle Hyundai are seeking experienced, motivated, and hands-on Sales Managers to lead our sales teams, drive profitability, and deliver an excellent customer experience. We’re looking for strong leaders who take ownership, develop their teams, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and hold sales and finance teams accountable for performance
• Desk deals and support the team throughout the sales process
• Monitor gross profit, unit volume, customer satisfaction, and other key performance metrics
• Manage inventory, aging, and pricing to improve turnover and profitability
• Maintain consistent sales processes, CRM use, and customer follow-up
• Work closely with Service and Parts leadership to support a positive customer experience
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and dealership policies

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success as an automotive Sales Manager or General Sales Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of desking deals, F&I operations, and CRM/DMS systems
• Dealertrack experience preferred
• A hands-on management style with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and customer service
• A professional, positive attitude and a commitment to developing others

Pay: $120,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
